I don't think this is dangerous in any way. I would be concerned with the type of tape you use. They make underwear specifically for this. They also have the underwear that holds in your penis as well as providing womanly curves at the hip and butt.

I have some CD friends, the taping thing is basicly tucking, or so i'm told. As far as cages aka chastity devices, it doesn't affect your erections what so ever.
