Among the lost.....
enslaved in this vanilla life,
i feel trapped,walking among the lost
i see faces,none that are familiar,
i am confused,feeling out of place,
trapped in some warped space
not sure of what to say,or what to do;
what to wear, or how to fix my hair,
all around me are these faces in all
familiar places,looking at me,
judging me,do they know,do they really know
what hides inside,should i voice myself,
or should i lie,i seek my freedom
among the lost,wanting to be seen
and heard at any cost, will He see me,
will He hear me,will He free me,
He's in the crowd,among the shadow's
His eyes piercing me,eyes that is all i see
im looking for a heart,a soul,someone to hold
the other half is out there somewhere,
His face a shadow,should i fear,
my search will go on,i will not stop
until i find Him,i must be going,i have come to an end
will i find my lover or just a friend,
time will tell what my future holds,
i will be waiting always anticipating,
will He stay in the shadows or make himself seen
i will be waiting,contimplating,
my journey is long but i will stay strong
where ever He leads me to my forever home,
until that day i will live among the lost.....
