Nope, the background is far back, and out-of-focus. There is a stone/brick wall, and a smudge of something leafy. No people, animals, or even silouettes.

Maybe it is the tie. It's a nice tie, silk, mainly navy and sand/patina, with burgandy highlights, a little charcoal for outlines, it matches all of my suits nicely. I'd hate to have to get rid of it, just because it offends the CM staff.

One of the moderators was kind enough to contact me: although the photo in question displayed normally once approved, it has a large white border on the right half (which, naturally, doesn't appear against the white backgrounds where it is displayed on my computer). This represented an "improper format," when viewed by the approvers, even though, as mentioned before, it displays normally in my profile. I will check more carefully in the future, others may be wise to do the same.

Now, off for some tie shopping. [/shame]
