I'm not sure such a list even exists - however - I'm seeking those in the lifestyle that are qualified and licensed as tattoo artists, piercers, etc. I'd even like to know if anyone is aware of a listing of D/s friendly bed and breakfast hotels.

My favorite artist, Michael Manning, is not a licensed tattoo artist, but will design a custom tattoo for you to take to a local parlor of your choice. He would be my pick if I ever get the nerve to get a tattoo.
