*drools* damn it.. now I want Thai food.. and it is almost midnight.. gah!

I had some tater tots, 2 chicago style hot dogs all the way, a home made Root Beer, and a small ice cream cone dipped in Buttersctoch hard shell. At a little road side stand near my church. Pic nick bench style.

Last night for dinner I did a roast paprika chicken, roast potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, chestnut and sausagemeat stuffing, roasted carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, gravy and bread sauce.

Tonight we'll have leftovers... it's rare we have a roast and last night I cooked up a treat for us/the cats. This am I'm having my usual - porridge with nuts/apples/sultanas in.

Smoked sausage stir fry with water chestnuts, broccoli, red bell peppers, snow peas, and green beans. ( yesterday dinner )

Todays meals are oatmeal ( breakfast), roasted chicken quesadillas w/ guacamole, fresh diced tomato & basil salsa, and fat free sour cream ( lunch), spring veggie mix salad blend ( its really good for those of you that have fresh market salad kits at your stores.. it has a bunch of baby lettuces so its not bitter, spinach, broccoli, snow pea pods & carrots) w/ ranch dressing & cheese and garlic crutons, grilled fish w/ lemon butter, and mushroom wild rice.

I was lazy and didn't do alot of cooking this weekend. Saturday night I made pork chops and some steamed veggies with some homemade applesauce on the side.

Last night.....porkT's on a wheat bun was all.

I spent alot of time outdoors hiking through the snow with the dogs then chopping ice. Too tired to do any elaborate cooking.

(Ok, who am I kidding...it was just a couple of grilled chicken sandwiches)
