Smoked sausage stir fry with water chestnuts, broccoli, red bell peppers, snow peas, and green beans. ( yesterday dinner ) Todays meals are oatmeal ( breakfast), roasted chicken quesadillas w/ guacamole, fresh diced tomato & basil salsa, and fat free sour cream ( lunch), spring veggie mix salad blend ( its really good for those of you that have fresh market salad kits at your stores.. it has a bunch of baby lettuces so its not bitter, spinach, broccoli, snow pea pods & carrots) w/ ranch dressing & cheese and garlic crutons, grilled fish w/ lemon butter, and mushroom wild rice.
