The opening scene in Patton. The face slicing scene in Pan's Labyrinth Spock's Death in Star Trek II The very ending scene of Star Wars Episode 3, which is reminiscent of a scene in the original. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The scene with the gulls. DV's Fox

Have to go with Spock's death and Kirk's resulting speech (complete with Scotty on the bagpipes) in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. I still tear up when I watch it.
