Heyla,
A friendly tip for getting along on these message boards--while I doubt it is your intent, your posts have sounded like requests for free jerk-off material. Again, I'm pretty darn sure this isn't what you're here for, but as we are a...roudy...bunch, you might want to re-think your approach and phrasing.

I was ordred to sit next to the wost muron of the school, in elemintry schul. An that lasted almost a hole year. It was awful. I alwas wantd to fighd w/ he.

Ok. I'm not going to flame you. I agree with the first two posts (and probably the third), but in the sake of information and hopefully your genuine curiosity, I'll answer you. For me it is always simply being tied doggy style with my wrists on the bed posts. When done properly, I can't even squirm much. I have a bad back (that makes me sound rather ancient), so it can get very painful. I can't hold it for an extended period of time or it pops one of the discs in my lower back slightly out of place and pinches a nerve.

you are right it was friendly advice. you always have great threads. Sometimes others tend to flame new people a little to much, and i tend to laugh more at them then the origional poster. This is online and in all actuality i take everything with many grains of salt because some of the people posting have no R/t experience and give out advice ( or are very new to D/s) . We should all try to make posts friendly like perverse did, she had no alterior motive to make herself get a laugh from others. We are suppose to be tolerant / not be the class bullies per say. Not everyone even goes to play spaces, and knows eticate. Why would some know eticate here?

I have very little experience in BDSM (all of it is explained in 2 lines in my profile), and honestly I find this forum very newbie friendly. Frankly, the probability that the OP was sincere, with his 2 first and only posts being very poorly written questions (and yes I checked, he lives in the USA) both containing a superlative, is extremely small. Even if he was sincere, he hasn't made a profile yet. So he can just stop this account, read the messages on the board, change his communication strategy, and start again.

spelling police note : it's "per se" (latin), and "etiquette" (from french "étiquette") :).

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But the intent of the question bothers me. Putting a sub in an uncomfortable position for any length of time doesn't make sense if you plan to play. I want a sub to work with me - to go deeper, feel the impact of what I'm doing to them, not the impact of how they are positioned. This was a trial and error thing when I started out and still is with a new sub. Had there been a place to ask at the time I would have asked what positions work for long time play, not what doesn't.

There are lots of reasons for bondage, pain is one of them. Jay Wiseman does an excellent presentation on "punishment bondage."

I haven't done much of that style of bondage, but I have used a "confinement box" based on England's Little Ease. According to the people who experienced it, it was one of the most painful things they've ever done.

That said, I have my concerns about the intent of the original poster.

Alister Crowly had a metidation exersise where you are suposed to sitt perfectly still, preferably not even blinking for a long time, and as he says every position becomes uncomfortable if you are in it long enough. (Sorry for messing up the quote, i dont remember the exact words.)

OK I'll bite. It was on my knees for about 15 minutes. As I've had knee surgery it was VERY uncomfortable, but well worth it in the end.

My spelling is usually good...but im glad to see im judged in how i spell one word...lol . Id much rather be judged on a demo i may put on or how i interact " in the real " world then online bs personally.
