-First step: catch him.

-Second step: hold on to him.

-Fifth step: stop and try to catch your breath (while

-Sixth step: catch him again.

-Seventh step: threaten him with bodily harm if he

-Eighth step: catch him again.

-Ninth step: threaten to gag him if he doesn't stop
laughing.

-Tenth step: drag him back to the bed/cross/whatever
is handy.

-Eleventh step: secure his wiggling body.

-Twelfth step: take a nap.

-Thirteenth step: choose your
paddle/crop/flogger/whatever is handy.

-Fourteenth step: wake him up.

-Fifteenth step: gag him to stop the giggling.

-Sixteenth step: repeatedly smack his ass till he

Quite possibly, it was an oops on the OP's attempt to edit gender identifiers in the original email sent to him. But that's just a guess, as i don't know the guy from adam.
