i've seen many posts on here by slaves and subs alike who'll refer to when they met their Master/Mistress or Dom/me, just curious for those who'd like to share the story of how you met them?  i love hearing stories of how people meet...call me a romantic *smiles*

The three of us had met on an on-line mailing list in passing, but never really chatted. Then in October the group had a play party and we met face-to-face, but didn't interact a lot. After that, we chatted on-line more. One day they asked if I wanted to hang out and go to dinner with them. We knew one another for about four months before we started talking about him becoming my dominant and she my subsister. I agreed to a temporary "collar of consideration," but we've also discussed the possibility of it becoming permanent. We've only been in this arrangement for a month, so we still have some time to consider it. Things are going really well so far. [:)] I adore them both, and they love me.

Met in a vanilla chatroom. Talked, emailed, IM'ed for a few months then met in person for a one-week visit. By the end of the week, we were discussing moving. As soon as everything was in order, he moved here so we could be together... 4500 miles from Scotland to the frozen tundra of Wisconsin. Left behind everything and everyone he knew, bringing only his computer, two suitcases of clothes and 1200 music CDs. He even sold his golf clubs.

Now that's what I call romantic!

We met on CM when I sent him an email in response to something he wrote in his journal which touched me, and we took it from there.  [:)]

We first got into contact on like my first day on Collarme.  A day later, we decided to meet up in the park to keep one another company and take pictures.  She invited me back to her apartement afterwards for some relaxation and conversation, and I really haven't gone a week without seeing it since then. :-p

I was collared within the week.  We hit it off so amazingly...  We weren't looking for one another at the time.  We weren't looking for a relationship...and it just kind of fell in our laps.  It almost makes one want to believe in fate.

lets see....james i met through yahoo personals, and he was the one who introduced me to BDSM play.

We first started interacting online.  We met in a chatroom on Alt.  It was the first time that I had been in a chatroom and we started emailing each other after that. 

About six months later we met in person and he tells that story in the second post in this thread called Preparations.  That day is one of my most favorite days.

We met on Alt. I was the one that initiated contact with Him... Funny thing was, I just happened upon Alt... I was clueless to bdsm let alone there were sites dedicated to like minded individuals. Fate I call it... I was meant to be His. [:D]

I met my Master right here on collar me  he sent me an e mail asking where in NY i was from.  I told him we talked for 2 months met, and we are celebrating 2 years today.

In one case, I met Him at a pubic fetish event in which I had apparently tied my obi wrong. He corrected me, we chatted and hit it off. We would later talk and realize that we had actually met months before that at a private party.
