When i was married, although we were "supposed " to be equal, my husband tried so hard to dominate me (because he was a male, period)...i tried equally hard to maintain my independence (to be in control over the house, the kids because i was "right")...looking back, maybe i shoulda just caved...BUT he didn't earn my respect, let alone my submission. The right, confident and naturally dominant brings out the sub in me so strongly that i am proud to label myself as His slave...i would literally do anything for my Master, including letting Him make all the decisions all the time. i trust that He knows what He is doing and will make the right choices, AND listen to my input and weigh it. i guess what i'm trying to say is the degree of my submission is situational and dependent on the person involved.
