Ah. Hair dye fun. I just bought a box of "Medium reddish brown" and I turned out dark brown. I once got a "New!" color that was really pretty on the model. Except I turned out black & green. I've learned just to roll with it. I've bleached and dyed and chemicaled and producted so much, I probably shouldn't have hair at all. All I've really learned is that cigarette ashes take dye off of skin really easily, at least for me. And to wash freshly-dyed hair in cool water to keep the color.

First of all call the company they may have suggestions ... I have been coloring my hair for well ALOT of years .. I am red head by Nature but father time seems to keep seeing things differently I have never had salon color and only once or twice gotton bad color but I always use two different colors, Lighest goes in first usually a blonde followed by a deeper red usually works good and the differnt colors gives a more real color

Just an update....I am now a nice non-pink strawberry blonde! YAY!
