All I can say is that if you know what the rules are, and what the punisment may be if you break them, and you choose to break them, then you have consented to the punishment. Instead of being an outlaw you can either: Accept things as they are, leave the country or attempt to change things from within.
The biggest problem most westerners have, is that we do not understand the culture, we do not respect their culture, and this leads to our perceived injustices there.
