Here is a good article that has some questions to Obama about his involvement with Rezko? Do I believe their was some "you scratch my back, I scratch yours" deal going on? Yeah, but that happens in business all the time. How deep who can really say.

It is difficult for me to knock Hillary for campaign improprieties when Obama seems to have some. Then again this is no where as large as this.

that's old news

there's no direct connection between Obama with Rezko as in funds transfered into campaign contributions.

HOWEVER there is a direct connection between Rezko and IL governor, Blago (his last name is too long to spell)

Really? Did you read the Q & A portion? Did you know the trial is currently going on?

" Q: How many fundraisers has Mr. Rezko hosted for you? Were these all in his home? How much would you estimate he has raised for your campaigns?

A: He hosted one event at his home in 2003 for my U.S. Senate campaign. He participated as a member of a host committee for several other events. My best estimate was that he raised somewhere between $50,000 and $60,000. "

you sound so passionately readied to assume that there's a direct link to Rezko to Obama. sorry but there is not as you assumed. in the court documents publicly announced this week, Obama's name isn't linked unlike governor Blago's name as Public Official A in the Rezko case.

and to answer your last question - well duh of course i know there's a trial going on! it's HUGE news here in Chicago ...pssst - which btw is where i live

Actually not, I leab towards Obama more than any of the other possible candidates. It appears that he knew the guy, had several business and political dealings with him, and even got a great price on land from the guy. It is just business as usual, and I am not willing to crucify Obama for it, but it does raise a few questions that should be answered more in depth.

Shouldn't ever candidate be held to high scrutiny? That is why I am digging into Obama's history so much. So living in Chicago you are likely exposed to more rumors than others, and does not guarantee you will have more facts than anyone else.
