Based on the steroid scandal- I want my tax money back that paid for a stadium in chicago- and the govt colluded with a monopoly-which violates antitrust law.

in fact- i want the government to void itself on grounds that it is a monopoly and that violates antitrust law.

not likely..they need 24 out of 32 votes to keep it... and there are plenty of teams that dont want the current cba/cap.  imagine....no cap...what a team like WASHINGTON could do with their money...omg...they could actually win! (no im not a fan of the skins.....just saying)

INDIANAPOLIS – Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones believes there is a good chance ownership will opt out of the current labor agreement with the NFL Players Association by the November deadline.

Jones did not give the Cowboys' opinion of the deal. Several owners, however, such as Denver's Pat Bowlen and New England's Robert Kraft, have expressed dissatisfaction.

Twenty-four of 32 votes would be needed to keep the collective bargaining agreement in place.

Small market teams survived before the cap, they could do so again.

They haven't done much with their money so far.......

You still have to spend it right, it doesn't matter how much you have if you waste it.

Notice,  I said "something" will get worked out.   There will probably be a lot of changes in what that something is.

and Washington?  please he needs someone to maker him spend less money.  Everytime he starts spending it hasn't worked out for him.  "grins"

You and Bull hit the nail on the head, regarding Washington's Snyder; I'm not sure the fella has a clue.....

I doubt they actually go through and scrap the deal. Both the NFLPA and the owners know they need this deal to keep football as profitable and competitive as it today.
