Just reported on Channel 4 - Prince Harry has been in Afghanistan with the army for months, and there has been a media agreement to not report on it. This following from assurances that because of his high value as a potential hostage to those we're fighting, that he would not be deployed with his unit to Afghanistan or Iraq. Also in a very matter of fact interview from Helmand province, he said "shit" - twice! What is the country coming to? E

I'd be amazed if he's anywhere near Afghanistan; 'more likely he's sat in a pub in West London called "The Afghanistan" and is proceeding to get pissed right up to the eyeballs at the tax payer's expense.

i think harry should be commended for taking the risk and actually serving during a time of conflict. when was the last time any member of the royal family actually saw active duty of this nature? i think his mother would have been proud; worried sick but very proud. PM

Or else, he's doing a Condi. She recently "visited" Afghanistan. A flying visit. Landed, went for a chat for a couple of hours, and POOF! The helicopter whisked her off, just as she had arrived.

As I said at the outset, they should decoy him......all the terrorists will jihad on the regiment and one of two things..... a) england draws them into an annihilation trap or better yet. b) pull back from him when the terrorists swarm, and point fingers and laugh and say, we so don't fucking care what you do with these idiots........ha ha, fooled you..... Won't they look foolish?

I'd be interested if the pair of them had been out there at the same time, had bumped into each other for a chat, and Harry had ended up banging her behind the Sergeants mess - all caught on camera and posted on you tube. As it stands, Channel 4 should know better than to give these spongers any exposure.

A sponger = someone who literally 'sponges' off the system, or other people. Someone who 'soaks up' from others. A freeloader. What's a hoser? Prince Harry, and the Royal family by extension, are often referred to as 'spongers' because they cost quite a lot of money to the British taxpayers [8\|] . They're an expensive relic. A luxury.
