I, too, am curious about the mechanics, exact anatomy, duration, pressures, concerns, frequeny, and safety tips of prostate milking. I doubt the OP was asking how to do a hand job. While I have not needed to do so for her reasons, yet, I'm interested for other reasons, including orgasm control.

What you are asking for is a solution to the wrong problem.  Milking is not the solution for your problem.  If the problem is that your partner ejaculates too soon, you need to look into issues related to premature ejaculation.  Figure out if he has a medical condition or a psychological one, or neither.  Next, communicate about it -- perhaps arrange that you have an orgasm first (orally or manually) before he is allowed inside you.  If you are insisting that you orgasm while he is penetrating you, then have him masturbate beforehand - more than once, if necessary - and see if that improves your situation.

"Milking" is for long term chastity as a way to release cum without the pleasure of an orgasm. I highly doubt that milking your partner ahead of time will do little more than frustrate both of you and not impact his cumming issue at all.

Milking does not decrease arousal, it only increases it and arousal of Your sub is the problem.

There are many tips and techniques to increase time to orgasm, the most effective in my experience being pressing into the underside of the cockhead (where the foreskin joins the head) with Your thumb until the need to cum has passed.

Milking is something that I have always been fascinated by, but have yet to be able to do....

But I also have to agree, based simply on what I know about it, that it will not solve your problem...you should look into cock rings, hells gates, things like that...also, you can have him do the male equal to Kagiel..(sp) exercises....basically start and stop the flow of urine...this will strengthen the muscles in there so that he can control it.
