..in Italy, at least.

From today's NYT:
"Whatever their reason might be, a passing hearse or simple discomfort, Italy’s highest court ruled that men may not touch their genitals in public. The ruling settled an appeal by a 42-year-old worker from Como, north of Milan, who was convicted in May 2006 of “ostentatiously touching his genitals through his clothing,” though his lawyer argued it was a problem with his overalls. But the court struck against a broader practice: a tradition among some Italian men of warding off bad luck by grabbing the crotch. The court ruled that this “has to be regarded as an act contrary to public decency, a concept including that nexus of socio-ethical behavioral rules requiring everyone to abstain from conduct potentially offensive to collectively held feelings of decorum.” The judges suggested that if they need to, men can wait and do it at home."

What about in the privacy of their cars ... I can just see the headlines about the increase in accidents from one handed drivers cause the other hand is busy gropeing

oh, well i work in a shop full of men and they are constantly adjusting themselves....wonder if that would qualify...i'm used to it, and i'm sure they are used to me pushing up my bra strap.

When the cock shifts positions, it needs to be moved, adjusted....is just a fact that has to be accepted......is a part of male livelyhood ...is no different to me then a woman adjusting her bra when she needs to.

I mean, I've seen guys adjust themselves in public.

lmao luvnchains i went to a pride parade and i wasn't aware of that rule so i was wondering around and i see two topless women coming right at me and i was sooo confused til my dad explained they had a new law. it was too funny.

I don't care if they adjust themselves, hell I have to pull my bra strap up. What I really dislike is when Im in a store and bending over to look at something and some guy "accidentally" brushes his crotch up against my ass.

I know most women have had this happen, it happened to my 76 year old Mother a couple months ago in a store.

It was, in 2001, considered unconstitutional to create a double standard for men and women regarding "going topless". The only place where it's been done and sensationalized is Ontario, to my knowledge; however, look up 'breasts' or 'nudity' in the Canada Criminal Code and the only mention of a woman removing her top as being considered indecent is when it involves voyeurism [recording the act, specficially; in which case it's the person recording, not the woman who's topless, at fault] or sexual activity in public.

I am NOT gonna go topless in february, maybe pride day:) Went a couple of years ago, oh it was sooooooo hot hot hot, walking down Yonge St as the parade was goin by, boobs bouncin in the breeze, was the first time I ever burned my nips, yaaaay Ontario.....mind you was the first and last time Ive done it in front of so many people who werent in a dungeony atmosphere.
