What I find amusing as hell about the anti-Obama crowd is easily summed up as follows.

1)  They object to him because he lacks experience in Washington and wont be able to do anything good.

2)  They worry about his lack of experience making him do bad things.

Yet they cannot explain how these opposite ends of a dichotomy can actually exist in the same candidate.

Having a commander in chief who is not part of "the good old boy network" is what they are objecting to..He could fuck up thier games.[:D] But they can't say that, or it would encourage the public to vote for him.

       I don't know if I'm anti-Obama or not, Sinergy.  I'm anti-koolaid though, and that seems to be enough to make me the worst of the worst on other topics.

       What dichotomy?  Perhaps you could explain what is mutually exclusive about a person of very limited experience and possibly a dangerously naive worldview being both unable to accomplish the positive goals he sets for himself, and making bad crisis decisions because of that same flawed social paradigm?

       I'm sure your response will clear any misunderstanding.

If we could somehow reverse the court’s decision that money = speech, we could go a long way toward getting our government back.  Since that decision, we’ve been moving more and more toward a system where money is the only way to be heard. 

I don't think anything will be done to change this, though.  No one in a position to do anything about it will want to threaten their own political existence (or their gravy train).  Look at the heat they take for suggesting even modest changes in campaign funding.

The POTUS can`t pronounce any words at any point of the day.

What`s his excuse?

7th graders could do a better job of running things.

Proof that w/ even a Yale degree and  Governorship experience doesn`t guarantee success.

Has Mr Obama ruined a baseball team(Bush) along with another company(Bush`s oil co.)or gotten  favors and special consideration b/c of family connections?

Actually Mr. Obama has some decent,though humble accomplishments and he has integrity.

The Democrats don`t have an experience problem,...but the republicans do have a judgment problem.

As long as the Iron Triangle is firmly in place, no one candidate is going to walk in and reform the place overnight. 
Doesn't mean that any particular candidate can't try to make some difference, but it won't be the Hollywood scripted magic that the some people seem to think is meant by 'change'.

Out here in California we (the voters) have put into place two laws.

1)  The budget must be balanced.  The Governator did the shut down the government thing too.  Good for him.

Actually, we don't really need to here in Arkansas. We've had budget surpluses for the last few cycles. It's a leftover from when Clinton was in office here as Governor. Still, when I hear about one third of the states are teetering on the verge of bankruptcy, it makes me wonder... how many of them are "red" states?

           Very true, Alum.  The Obamaniacs who think winning the general election is the end of the battle are in for a sad surprise.  We shouldn't discount the power of a genuine mandate (as opposed to the self-declared ones) from the voters though.  Barry in the White House would rattle the foundations from Day 1.
