Greetings Community,

Families 4 Life, Inc. a nonprofit organization in NC will start its "Lay Your Head On Your Pillow" and do your monthly Self Breast Exam fund drive starting 1 October. I am currently taking orders for the "Head Pillow" They are available for $ 10 {tax deductable} plus $ 3.95 S& H.

They are really cute and they are handmade beautifully. They are small enough to give you the right elevation that is needed to do your self care exam and the design is that of the Breast Cancer symbol. If you would like a photo of one email me privately.

50% of the Proceeds will go to the Cancer Care Centers. www.cancercare.org. and the American Cancer Society http://www.cancer.org

I have a little hanging card I picked up year's ago at a health expo that basically gives directions on how to do a self test. Keep it in the shower at all times.

Standing.

So, the question is, standing or lying? Which way should we be checking?
