like most things, it seems to be all about time and patience. the health effects are basically limited to "you're doing it wrong". you can break blood vessels, bruise, or if you're really going about things the wrong way, you can tear something. which isn't me trying to put the fear of god in you and say "you gonna rip the whole thing off!" i do think that would be quite impossible. there are other side effects if you look around the web, but i'd take any and probably all with a grain of sand. basically it's all about potential, (women are like this as well) where the suction is going to force blood into they spongey tissue causing it to swell. you might be amazed how long it seems to get during the process, but length is not something that's going to have anything more than a very slight increase and that will be apparent upon removal, this is because of what the suction is doing, and it doesn't create matter, it... inflates matter. width however is another story and it will swell up a lot depending on the how you go about the whole process. to achieve results, especially without the negative side effects you need considerable time, not considerable psi. it simply will not go quick, and if you try and force it by cranking the psi too high you're going to do some damage, even if it's just a little inconsequential bruise. it should be fairly obvious when you're going overboard, just take increases a little at a time but try not to worry too much as it does take a good bit to actually damage anything. 1 constant force is all you need, when you apply this force and give it time, the swelling will add more volume which will counteract and reduce suction force, this might make you think there's a leak of air, but a leak will probably be more apparent as it will seem you can't maintain any force. as the swelling balances out and lessens the suction, you simply take it back up to that level again and give more time for it to once again "compensate". the feeling is said to be akin to a very mild carpet burn, and that makes it sound horrible, but it is described as "discomfort" at best. the primary health risk i see around the web as i looked about, is that extended amounts of pressure and time will be cutting off blood flow like a tight rope killing circulation, which will cause skin to turn color and cause numbness. i don't pretend to be some expert, but i am not seeing this happening. but once you get used to how to go about things, it's simply about what you want out of it. give it 10 minutes and you might notice a small increase that lasts a few minutes at best. give it 2 hours or so... you'll have something you might not have thought possible in size, and "that" may take over a full day to diminish completely. the feel of it will probably be really alien at first, it'll be for the most part a forced size, especially in the beginning, but despite some areas being harder when you expect them to be soft, overall it will be very... "fleshy?" instead of hard. one thing that is for sure is that these effects are not permanent, the increase will always wear off. it can been used similar to a chastity device, and just one more way to manipulate or one more thing somebody can be subjected to. regardless of what you do afterwards, if anything, during the process it's basically a 3 in 1 chastity/cbt/body mod device.
