Dear Concerned Human,
The better question to ask is when will greed, appathy and indifference become primary topics concerns. Oil is a simple commodity of old mother Earth. It is us as men (gender neutral) and our inability to control our natural impulses that is the root of all evil. It is normally only a major crisis that seems to lift us off our perverbial and not so perverbial arses (<--- british for asses, I think) I hope it doesn't take a World War. We aren't in one yet are we?
