I was wondering last night, as i tucked myself into bed, Why are they called threads? is it like a thread of thinking in which case wouldnt it be a train? If its a thread like cotten and we are metophorically knitting these threads together why isnt the forum called a sheet?
Why are there certain names that no matter how often i see them I cant help looking at their profile and then feeling covered with shame because they will know i keep looking at them in some mildly stalker like way.
Does anyone else have a conversation with their computer, I find myself reading certain posts and nodding, others saying in my head in a terrible american accent "oh no she didnt" I am just waiting on the day that i physically throw something at the computer.
Do you find yourself wanting to agree with certain people? or worse yet associate their level of advice with the number of baseball bats that appear bellow their name? I mean I got a baseball bat but that doesnt make me smart.
It pretty annoying when you read someones post, and have no clue what they are talking about but pretend that you do for fear or thinking, all be it to yourself, that you are thick
Why do americans call crisps chips and chips fries?
Why do people read what I wrote THEN look at my proilfe THEN tell me i am wrong because i was only born 21 years ago next to their 40? if it was that obvious wouldnt my post make it obvious? couldnt they just say gosh you sounded young in that post.
Will there come a time that I will happily read a thread that already has 5 pages of responses I didnt make or will i continue to prefer to join the new ones.
Why do disposable razors always cut you really easily?
Why isnt hair dye available on the NHS i think its a health risk to go out with roots, you may offend someone and they may give you a bad look and you may then never be able to get over it it ever.
