MsStarlett -> Human Door Mats (3/6/2008 4:00:51 AM)

Pardon if this has been discussed before... but I've never actually had a door mat before.

This sub actually wants me to walk over him in my stilettos.   Not just one step across the chest, walk on him.  Now, I walked on backs barefoot when I was younger and didn't weigh as much as I do now.  But I'm 165 lbs and have 5 inch spikes... It was hard enough to keep my balance holding a wall and slowing crossing my lover's back, digging in my toes as more of a message technique than anything else.  (Flesh slides around!)  Is it POSSIBLE to do this in heels without falling off?  Or puncturing the skin?  Isn't it more likely that this fantasy should stay a fantasy  because I would end up causing serious injury to both of us?

Miss Scarlett..Ask your sub what it is about this that is making him happy? Is it the feelof the heel on the skin?the weight and the feel?Perhaps both? There are ways to allow that feeling w/o injuring him,and then you could fufill his fantasy without harm,a weighted shoe and some mind play could do the trick.good luck..Ladytosirdragon

Now...brace yourself...literally - I not only walk on my boy, I DANCE on him - in 6" stilettos. Not just on his back, but on his chest, and I put full weight on his cock as well. In fact, we have started performing out at fetish clubs/events - doing an erotic skit incorporating this (www.trampledomme.com). We have gotten excellent feedback and It is HOT! We practice a lot, and I actually have a metal closet rod I hold to balance myself...but I would not suggest trying this at home, at least not to start.

I do LOVE trampling, and that is actually how I met my boy. When done right, it many incorporates aspects of BDSM:  pain, objectification, cbt, foot fetish. Here is my advice: make sure you have something to hold on to - a wall will work, but better yet - a suspension bar - you can actually pull yourself up and really distribute your weight that way. Start off in bare feet, and work your way up to the stilettos ( I would go through 3 - 5 pairs of shoes with heels getting incrementally higher and thinner). Try to keep most of your weight on the ball of your foot, digging the heel in intentionally as opposed to loss of balance if possible. Be careful not to walk directly on the spine - especially with the heel. Also,be aware of putting too much pressure on the heel around the area of the kidneys. If he lays on his back - walk on his chest, but be careful of his sternum, ribs, and avoid the stomach all together. Only put weight on his cock with another foot on the chest - and it is much better if his cock is hard (but can make it a bit, well, rolly LOL). Work up the amount of time that you do it. At first, my boy would have lovely heel marks on his back, butt, and chest...now - after dancing to an almost 7 minute song - he has relatively few, most are gone in a few hours.

Good luck to you...and I hope you both enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes a sub happy about this is that its the only time he will really feel his Mistress with Her full effect!

slavekal -> RE: Human Door Mats (3/6/2008 3:33:22 PM)

Start with bare feet, move to low heels, then, if all goes well, wear the spikes.  Have fun.

Thank you, Ms Sandy.  Perhaps your video is what gave him the idea.  *grin*  I believe the suspension bar is going to be the key element here.  Come to think of it, I think I have seen Asian masseuses walking on backs with the aide of similar bars for balance.   But again, there's a big difference between little barefoot women and ME!  We'll give it a shot... but starting barefoot!

MissLily -> RE: Human Door Mats (3/6/2008 4:01:15 PM)

Defenitly should remain a fantasy! what if it perforates an organ? could bleed out or in in a few minutes.....

hopelesslyInvo -> RE: Human Door Mats (3/6/2008 4:35:59 PM)

someone with a tight stomach should be able to hold you there with no problem.  i sleep on the floor and one of my more latter girlfriends would always either walk on my stomach or my butt when she would pass by to the bathroom or anything, and you're quite a bit more fit than her.  the chest and the back would be what i wasn't confident with~

Not much to add to what AtlantaMistress said, except to say that you don't need to be so worried about your weight... you can be a good bit heavier and still be able to trample safely.

Have fun!

It's called Ashiatsu, in some circles, heels or not. And, I agree, it's about balance and weight distibution. A balance bar is essential. Happy dancing, to ya, but use your head, as always.

could be the greatest gift to a masochist. :)

I've seen some cautionary notes about safety and I only have one more thing to add. I saw someone write that the chest is alright to walk on, but I would suggest that it isn't. At least, not in heals. You have a lot of lymph nodes all over in your chest and they can be easily damaged. A simple massage done with just a little too much pressure can damage the lymph nodes in that area (they are especially at risk of damage because of how close to the surface they are between the bone and the skin), I imagine a pair of heals with 160lbs of force behind them could do a significant amount of damage. And you don't want to damage the lymph system, it's rather important to your immune system.  Oh.. Also in the area, you should be careful not to break the zyphoid (a small bit of cartilage or bone -I don't remember- where your ribs come together at the bottom of your sternum). In First Aid/CPR classes they teach you to be careful of that because if it breaks, it is right on top of the liver and could damage it quite severely.

The main concern isn’t really walking on the person, just putting too much pressure on the heal itself. I'm not a doctor, of course, and I claim no expertise, but these are things I've had a tiny bit of experience with. Just my two cents... good luck finding a way to keep your balance =)

I am TOTALLY am a stickler for safety (no matter what I do)- and again, you MUST work up to anything - and having your balance - like with a suspension bar, helps so much. Building up is also not only in the erotic nature of the scene, but in what a man can take. I have walked on MANY men - in fact, they seek me out because of my expertise in trampling. On the chest - I assure you, it can be done, however, like I mentioned in my post - there are some areas to be very careful about. (If a man does push ups to increast his chest muscles, it makes it much easier for both of you). I will have a clip up soon to give some instruction on my site. I am able to put both feet solid on my boys chest, then bend done to touch his face, or have one foot on his chest, and one on his cock. If you cannot get out to see a PROPER demo (or if you ever get to ATL - I can train you!), and are worried about the chest,  then stick to his back. Being under your feet will be enjoyable for both of you [;)]

i was wondering why at times i'm feeling bristly and dirty..??!

MsStarlett -> RE: Human Door Mats (3/7/2008 5:55:40 PM)

Well... the one who wants to be trampled is not in tip top shape.  I'm really thinking it will be best to keep most of my weight on my toes and only tease with the heals.   Again, thanks to everyone for suggestions.  I'll try it this weekend.

liks2plzlf -> RE: Human Door Mats (3/8/2008 12:25:31 AM)

Interesting post. I have recently viewed some movies on You Tube, and Footfetish Tube, that are about trampling. I had wondered if they were real, since anything can be made to seem real on a computer. I believe some of them now, however there were some showing full weight throat standing. I can't believe that is possible and still have the man get up afterwards.
