I really, really meant it when I said "instant emotional healing". Thinking this wonderful guy was all noble and pining away for me is VASTLY different than "I got my live in girlfriend pregnant and we bought a house and a puppy". It is s cute puppy, though.

I'm glad, actually. I get to enjoy my toys (he bought me over a grand) without guilt. I get to go date, and not have this 'maybe' hanging over me.

He brought a lot of good things into my life, but obviously I'm moving on.

You know, two years ago before I separated from the ex-husband, I made a vow to not turn 30 in a relationship with a man that didn't love me like I loved him. I'll be 30 on the 16th. Looks like I kept it!

Look...I dig the fact that the op is distraught...It always makes me feel better after a break up if my "ex" goes through a difficult time. Yanno starts cutting herself, eating her own hair or maybe even commits suicide...It's just kinda nice knowing that someone cared about you.

Everyone keeps telling you the same thing and yet you keep doing the opposite of what you are being told. I question what is more important? Is it that this guy never wanted the 24/7 or that you thought that he did?

Who are you mad at Him or yourself?

Take a look at the reality of this situation and realize what and how this guy is and MOVE ON.

Otherwise you literally will be a stalker and already you show signs that you are good at it. Is this a Skill you are trying to Hone?

The guitar belongs to my boyfriend-in-law (my sister's serious bf). No cracking, she would be upset because T would cry if I broke it.

Yes, I made every single cookie. It took me a week. Making one batch of dough, refrigerating it, doing another the next day, rolling, decorating, etc. Gave me an entirely new respect for my mother, who baked cookies every year.

I sent him nine pounds of Christmas cookies. And got him a "year of beer" - the subscription to which I will be canceling.
