Before care for us comes in a few diffrent forms, from listening to music, which is something we both like to do before and during play. Taking a few seconds to connect with touch, wether a hug, or touching hands, kissing and personal words whispered before a scene are how we generally start.
After care can vary, I have a hard time letting myself ride it out.I get pulled out easily by external distractions, I like to sit on the floor at his feet with my head on his lap, especially at public events, it lets me ride out the peaceful sensations and generally keeps people from coming up and talking to me until I am ready. Some chocolate and being able to touch either Wolf or Satina in some form or another are pretty much the basics that make me the happiest for after care.
