Hmmm I tend to like using humor at times... I'll have to add this to my collection of ideas. 

Why do I like humor?  It snaps them out of sub-space and into reality and everything starts hurting a lot more!

At one time I would have never thought to call a woman any kind of name.Well bitch being the exception. I thought women would be very offended by it.  It took me by suprise when they asked me to call them my little slut or my whore. Vanilla women and subs seem to like it during sex. I'm told that my voice changes too.

I do not consider it an interruption.  I am happy to have anyone discuss a point of debate during any one of the threads I start.  Often, one thought leads to another to another.  This is natural progression of conversation.

Many times, I have been tempted to ask mal exactly what it is that he shares that does not disrespect his mistress to the point of being a common prostitute.  I, for one, would not allow for any sub to speak of Me in such a way.  The fact that he is a regular, paid, "client" does nothing for the arguement that pro dommes are little more than whores with a whip.  My limited, yet mutually courteous relationships with the pros that I know in real life, certainly wouldn't stand for this.  If not for reputation's sake alone, it would be for the legal ramifications.

Apart from the legal ramifications you pointed out later on, this underlines something else I was thinking, but didn't type.  A relationship between partners is a private affair.  It's not something one broadcasts every intimate detail of to the world.  To do so is disrespecting yourself and your partner.  Personally, my own modus operandi is to keep my relationships out of the public eye and especially out of public forums on the Internet.  Occasionally though, I'll admit, I've slipped up while wanting to show romantic affection to a partner (when I know she reads a given forum).  Thank you for bringing up the need for discretion, in this case, not to keep one's kink in the closet, but rather to show grace and respect for one's self and one's partner.

oh yes. words are very powerful things. i still remember the first time i was called a "good bitch". it was in the middle of a scene, and well, it did not take long for it push me over the edge.
