Ok, I am a woman who likes to dye her hair. As of right I have faded purple with white stripes, but i change it often thus I only use temporary colors so every month it is something new..I can not decide the next color, so what do you think... if it helps, I have blue eyes and I do have pics on My profile.

Well, if I thought you could get a high saturation of color and some shine on it, I'd say, mermaid. But it's hard to imagine that color as a temp color on dark hair, without it being discolored by your dark hair and kind of dull, because it'd have to be thick, to be more opaque, on dark hair. So, if mermaid won't come out rich, I'd shoot you to neon violet.
