Any effective device, any style. Keyholder in bumfukt Egypt somewhere, 24/7 no exceptions and no out for any reason. Cleaning is of course a PITA, and whether there is prostrate milking going on or not, there is a pracical limit. What is it ?

I reckon I can go as long as I want to. I just never wanted to go very long. I'm not in favor of saving up. When I was a kid palm pilot was a whole different kinda aviator.
