the only way this thread is going to go away is for people to stop offering advice that obviously isn't wanted - attention whore is correct.  that said - this is my only post on this topic

I added the smiling pic to my profile but I can't figure out how to make it my avatar...hmm...do I need to delete the origainl pic and then add that as my primary pic?

Why do people like picking on other people?  ... i have seen some really mean attacking comments on all kinds of posts all over this forum.. i don't see the point.  i am sure for even saying that i am going to get rude comments but really--how old are we?

Hmmmmmmmmm...I've got patients like that.  Depending on my mood that day, they just might get referred elsewhere.  After 25 years of it, I think I've earned that...haven't I?
