What I`m most afraid of and is a real possibility, is un-ending war and permanent war powers for the POTUS.

And  Armageddon.

I`m very afraid that the religious nuts(and neo-cons), trying to save us from religious nuts,are going to blow up the earth,starting with the middle east.

          I didn't even notice your edit down there, O59.  I don't watch a whole lot of network TV, but I can think of a few I have seen. 

        There was the falsely accused White House worker on The West Wing.
 
         Your own mention of Three Kings would certainly fit the bill.

       There was the Iranian (?) character on 24, rounded up by the baa-aaad FBI who got himself killed wearing a wire.

         Hell, O59, I'm hard pressed to think of a Law and Order episode where the Arab was actually guilty.  Usually it was a morality play about American attitudes being the real enemy.


        What's going to make Kitten's ridiculous assertion really hard to defend is that the Saudis have been paying PR firms damn good money since the early '80's to make a stink anytime an Arab is the bad guy on film.

       Then you have Theo Van Gogh.

AUSTRALIA, of all countries, has the balls to remind immigrants to obey the laws of Australia, rather than the ones they bring from their "culture"...Why can't America do that?
Heck, if you look at this year's election, it's a new reality gameshow, "The Moment of Amnesty". Contestants trip all over themselves to court the Latino vote by giving illegals the biggest free ride, at the expense of Americans and LEGAL immigrants alike!

Having been to numerous predominantly Muslim countries, I can assure you that I never saw anybody walking around "proclaiming" their religious appartenance; and being Jewish never seemed to get in the way either. I didn't shout: "Hey people, you're Muslim, I'm not!!!". What the hell would be the point of that?

If Sugar had said "Religions can be dangerous." Then I agree.
By the way isnt the quote "straight out of"  Judaism ? 

Also when militant Muslims do create some more havoc I for one will rest content knowing full well that the justification for "havoc making" is also present in the Bible.
