I would like to know how to contact collarme.

They turned down my photo saying it showed elements of bondage and yet I should saw a picture from someone in australia, mandy something or other lesbian..on all fours wearing bondage pieces. So I would like to know why?? But I can't find a way to send a message to collarme.

There is a help tag on the other side further down on the list of tags. Just follow the links to reporting.
If you have bondage pics up - it won't be accepted as a first image. Just because someone may have not changed their image for months or years just means it may have slipped through.

Just think why you are reporting first. Because you want to protect the site, or another reason? If you are just asking questions - you had your reason and you probably won;t get another one.

Additionally, 'extreme' bondage is (almost never) accepted. Most heavy bondage isn't permitted. After all, it's a free site housed in the US; meaning free speech just doesn't go as far as it used to Not a dig on Collarme; it's a dig on our litigious society (a throwback of our Puritanical society.)

Funny because they don't normally give you a reason but if they did then what more do you need to know? Surely you arn't complaining that humans act inconsistently from one another rather than trying your luck with another photo approver?

had a weird "photo denial" thing yesterday..
I took a face pic with my webcam, and the words "Movie" are embedded onto the photo automatically for some reason by the webcam software...
pic was denied because they thought it was a URL....weird.

First images possibly can be a bondage picture. There are a lot of factors that decide whether or not a picture is suitable as a primary, bondage subject matter does not automatically mean a rejection.
