Darkness
cold stark and lonely
Edging closer
with each and every day
Burning pain
I cannot let go
If I do
I'll lose my soul
Numbness
right there calling
Come to me
and lose all sensations
Grayness
is where I would walk
Should I let go
falling in the dark
Peace
is only an illusion
I reach out
and come to this conclusion
Hopeless
is all that I can be
Never sure
about my destiny
Insanity
is calling my name
Oblivion
just let go of the pain
A shadow
is all that I can be
No more pain
and no more me
Gripping
this pain so tightly
My hands slip
I scream silently
Hold on
I must do it
Or else
I'm only a fragment
A piece
small and weightless
Floating
lost and hopeless
Nothing
blessed oblivion
Overtakes me
