I am stuck with my ex-husband for the past two fucking days and all we have done is argue about taxes and paperwork and right now the sound of his voice makes me want to stab him with a chopstick in the eyeballs. Hard. Deep. Repeatedly. That's all. [:@].

Yes Aynne, you cannot kill him with the chopsticks now that you have spread it on the web. Remember Aynne... the first rule of not getting Murder One is to use conditional statements. "If he doesn't shut up, I'll have to kill him." Premeditation is the thing you want to avoid. Conditional statements, in most cases, take away the premeditation needed for a capital crime.
