i hate it when my UM carries his juice box over to the sleeping cat, aims the straw at her face and squeezes. So i have to pry her feline butt off the ceiling tile and give the UM heck...all with a strait face.

domah, it is in Michigan. I'm angry over all of this, that he was stupid enough to drive intoxicated, that he was stupid enough to break probation......twice! And that he is going to jail over weed.[&:]I think I'm angriest of all that I managed to totally get the judge to believe that the first thc result wasn't my ex's fault, that it was a mistake. eta, cali I just saw your post. I know the judge will be angry (rightfully so) and that my ex will be doing time. Tough judge and he was lied to which is now obvious. So I guess I just want to know if he goes away right from the courtroomThis is stuff I know nothing about.Thanks though.

I don't think I'm explaining it very well. I do know what the judge will do, I have watched. He is fair-ish but really tough on anyone who has lied or tries to play the system. When we went for the first probation violation the judge said that w/o the story I told my ex would be in jail, however he believed what I said. Now my ex is up again for the exact same violation which we lied about the first time!He tested THC positive. I backed up and detailed his story of an old hippie buddy feeding him pot cookies and the judge believed me. I can't face that judge knowing he will now know I lied. I felt bad at the time and now I feel worse.So he will be doing time but I don't know the procedure. Does a person get sentenced then get whisked away right there and then? I'm trying frantically to get all of his stuff organised and the utilities in order, all that kind of stuff as well as trying to keep the ex here. He wants to leave the state and just hide which is moronic. The more info I can present to him the easier it will be to get the idjit back into the courtroom. I sure hope this helps clarify things. I'm so very tired and I'm not sure if my words are being strung together coherently. This stress has sent me into a lupus flare and my brain is foggy.

If the judge feels he was lied to he is less likely to grant him time to get things in order .. especially if he thinks he is a flight risk ... I would be prepared for him to go from the courtroom and hope that he was granted time .... Im so sorry you are going thru .. this .. I know it isnt easy ,,, HUG GGGGG

I love ya girl, but you sound like you have been an enabler. Sounds like some time in the pen, maybe he will grow up. You certainly dont need to bail your ex out of every jam he gets into and by doing so you havent made things better and he hasnt turned things around. All its done is stressed your body which you can ill afford. Your kids and you first. Middle and last too![:)]
