You forget; finding training grounds for soldiers to learn the skills they need for the forth coming mythical war is never cheap. You know the war that we are developing all this high-tech weaponry to fight with in. We just need to work out who our real enemies are because with the USSR it was easy but you can't fight a terrorist with a tank but for some reason we are still developing tanks for this future conflict in which we play the part of good guys against an as yet uncertain bad guy.[8\|]

Just arm a lot of people there. If anyone tried to invade the U.S. with all the guns we have in this country they wouldn't last long.
