Hi, I just joined and figured I should introduce myself. I'm 22, currently studying Illustration in college (my senior year) and I've just now found the courage to look into this lifestyle. Right now I'm really looking more for friends and information, so I thought this would be a good place to start.

If anyone has any advice for a somewhat shy submissive just starting out, I'd love to hear it. I have some experience with the very basics, and I've had an interest in the Gorean lifestyle ever since I read the books years ago.

Rhode Island, huh? Sorry, can't think of connections but there is a student BDSM group at Colubmia University in NYC and there was once one in New Jersey at Rutgers....

Hello, I'm a 21 y/o Domme from New Orleans. I actually just had the pleasure of "bringing out" a male submissive for the first time, which was fantastic to be a part of and taught me quite a lot about the nature of D/s. Finding people to talk to about the lifestyle is definitely the first step. Best of luck to you.

yeah im in the same situation as you collaredartist. a college student, totally new at this and not knowing where to start... except im in kentucky not rhode island. minor difference.
