I recently came across the term OSODD. After doing some searches, I learned that it stands for "Oral Service on Domme's Demand" and that it is a technique used by Femdoms in trainng sub males. Has anyone actually used this technique (or had it used on them) who can explain exactly how this works? Lady Topaz

While I haven't heard the term OSODD before, something tells me on March 23rd, I'll become quite familiar with the concept, though! Simple and to the point MisPandora! I had a lovely sub a couple years ago that I trained very well in that area. Didn't know it had an acronym for it tho. I gave him little rewards for his prompt and complete 'service'.

i know it's a bit cliche'd, and maybe it's because of my own love for certain things; but in some things, service really is it's own reward. For some reason, i wonder if it wasn't a male submissive that came up with this little 'technique'. If no one claims it, i'll be glad to take credit.

Its incredibly interesting for sure, though I would never use it. I think that you can have so much control while giving orally. Controlling exactly when and if someone can orgasm. Unless you are giving directions the ENTIRE time (i.e go up...left...harder...HOW BORING IS THAT!?!) then you are handing over control to the other person to do what they will. Obviously for the purpose of making you come, but never the less it's giving up control. It's not that I'm a control freak, but I'm just not into recieving orally so much as giving. I have no explanation for this, as it most definatly feels good...but its just not my thing. So this is the conclusion I've come to (and it may be wrong).

Well, I don't know so much about "addiction" but it certainly lets the male sub know his place: under her and doing all the "work" for her pleasure. Most oral service requires the giving partner to be either on their knees, or on their back. Both very submissive positions. It can end up being a ritualized position, similar to a dog lying down and exposing it's throat to the pack leader, as a sign of their submission to them. (It's one of my favorite things, since I'm a very oral-oriented person to begin with. At times, I think it's more intimate and satisfying than plain ol' fucking.)
