When we talk about guided imagery for meditative or relaxation purposes, the instruction is always "see a comfortable place in your mind, where you feel safe," or something thereabouts. Well, I always had this vision in my mind: A fire, a big overstuffed chair, fluffy blanket, a pet or two to snuggle up with, and a good book, and a cup of tea *if night time* or cup of coffee *if daytime*. I was reading earlier today, drinking my morning coffee, snuggling the dogs on my lap with a fluffy blankie and the fire was going (cause the furnace is out)... I looked up and realized... 'this is that moment.' It happened with out me trying to make it happen. I love that.
