You go to Wal Mart or the mall to buy stuff for the angel tree and they are almost out of kids to buy stuff for.  Means even with the crappy economic times, there are some folks who can give.

I really really love this.  I have gotten Christmas presents for kids this way for many many years.  This year, I'm finding that I'm unable to do so.  The fact that others are taking up my slack warms my heart!!

Agreed.  No one has permission to run your life unless you give it to them.  The way that turns out is ultimately on the person who gave the permission.

i love all the good news....Hoooray for all of the happy stuff!!!!!!!!

i love that the weeuns got to stay up til 9 and watch Christmas specials on tv in my bed.
i love it that they always want extra hugs and kisses when i tuck them in.
i love it that thoughts of them get me through days like today....i say their names as a mantra when i feel like being extra honest in expressing my feelings towards some of my colleagues.[8|]
