Personally? In my ideal and goal D/s relationship that is exactly what I want, just as it's what I have in my non-submissive spouse: 100% first priority. However, having that (again, as with my spouse), I would use basic common sense and respect with that position of priority.

Knowing that you can call someone out of work just because you feel like it in the middle of the day is much separate from being someone who would do it. I'd not call my spouse or my slave out of work unless it was an emergency (and sometimes not even for that... I've taken myself to the ER for non-life-threatening things just fine haha).

It is totally unreasonable for anyone to demand something of you that would cost you a way to make a living. (Assuming they are not your meal ticket) That includes not only calling you away from your work, but also leaving marks where they cannot be hidden or demanding you get tattoos, piercings or even something as simple as wearing black nail polish if you are in a professional situation where such 'outward signs' are not permitted or acceptable behavior.

Ask her how that fantasy life is working out and move along. Unfortunately, you'll find all types online. Take it with a grain of salt and make no commitments to anyone until you've met the person and see if you both click.
