It will be a "traditional" dungeon with major renovations. Not able to double as anything else.
Might I suggest a lock for the door?
Wouldn't want vanilla guests or children (if they exist, or might exist in the future..) accidentally stumbling in on a world they might not understand or accept..
Also a sound system might be a good idea.. my Master simply cannot work without the right music to suit his mood. Also helps if you're in an appartment or condo so the neighbors can't hear the whips/floggers or the cries of your sub. A neighbor of our's called the police once because they could hear me and Master playing next door and thought something much more sinister was going on.

all great suggestions..... I would also look at a Solid Door... and do sound insulation if you plan to play with young in house.
I agree when it comes to ambience, and atmosphere. I am having some tiny blue glow, spotlights, drilled into my original wooden floorboards, a great suggestion from my dear friend. So atmosphere, and adjustable lighting is definately what I am striving for. Candles and candleabra's also, will feature.
