yes it's safe if done "properly" however i'm no expert. i have participated in a couple of trampling sessions before in which a guy wanted me to walk, run, stomp etc on him with or no heels on. another guy who was heavily into this appeared on a show and was trampled live on cam for the listeners. he wanted more but the co-host was worried about hurting him.

Trampling is definately doable. Personally I prefer ethier having someone assist me,(holding me.) walking, or having a suspension bar. I don't know anything about alot of ladies trampling one person at the same time, (heard of it, though.) I don't trample the face, and I am barefoot, (or with nylons on.)

It's actually a pretty common fetish. I've seen it done (and done it) at a club in my area. I think at one point we had 9 ladies on one guy, including on his face. If done properly, yes it's safe. Note that proper includes things like having a person standing outside the scene and carefully watching the individual on the floor to make sure they don't pass out etc. Balance bars (or people) so that the weight is distribute with intent rather than accident are good too.

depending on the size of the heel, the intensity of the weight can be greatly amplified (a 140 pound woman in stiletto heels can exert more pressure per square inch than an elephant standing on its four legs)

Trampling and the idea of it is awesome. It's do-able. but it's something you have to trust your dominant partner with and both know very well the liomits.
