I think mistaken is a bit generous.

He`s intentionally misleading(like a neo-con) and pandering to the chicken-hawks in his party.

He`s already got the party`s nomination,so why is he trying to be Bush in every way possible?

Pretty much... Well, if not dumb, as Impotent as Bush. Being President has it's perks, but you need to listen to your Bosses.

No-one will change GE and Westinghouses' plans for the United States. Money from the treasury goes to them.

McCain can be President exactly as long as he continues to act in GE/Westinghouse's best interest. If not, he can be replaced...

The military industrial complex will not change no matter who is president.

Look what happened to JFK when he refused to listen to the powers that be and pissed off the CIA. The president is not the only one controlling policy of the United States. The Pentagon and CIA are very big players.
