Well, I prefer to do that for real. I noticed that the wiki list of sexual positions doesn't list the reverse doggy. It's not the most convenient (for a complete intercourse, or to reach orgasm), but it's kind of nice because then the man has both hands completely free to caress his partner, and she doesn't feel his weight at all, of course. This is also true of the cowgirl position, but this one gives an easy access to tickle the clit [8D].
...I wouldn't build a BB myself, for safety reasons.
