Any information about retailers that may carry an item such as this would be appreciated. Extreme restraints carries similar items (at least I think it was them) but I'm looking for something that can be worn for longer periods of time.

Are these Plugs like a Butt Plug, and stay in on their own? I never seen anything like this, and I am now curious..but not so sure about how much PAIN it would do,, going in...OUCH?

try googling on "prince albert wand", even thought it requires the normal PA, it looks kinda fun..

Steelwerks has a couple prince's wand designs that do not require a PA. They make some amazing things.

Hi Indigoandkarbon. I don't much about them, if anything, but my understanding is, they will prevent your from Urinating. Talks about FULL OF IT...or like the commercial...."Gotta go, gotta go, gotta go right now!"

Never tryed one but even though my brain is saying no way my body is saying yah yah yah. They look like fun and with the ones with holes in could be in a long time. Anyone know just how long they could be worn?

Most often prince’s wands are worn for 24 hours to 3-4 days. Some clients may wear their wand up to a week, but we do not recommend that. The most obvious advice we have? Use common sense and listen to your body.
 
Since all Steelwerksextreme wands are made hollow, there is no need to remove the wand to urinate or ejaculate. If you do not have a drilled front ball [does not come standard], you will have to remove the front ball. However, that being said, 99% of our clients order a drilled front ball, so in that case, no, nothing needs to be removed to urinate.

Cleaning should be done every single time you remove your wand. To err on the side of caution, try to clean it on a daily basis.
