There have been a number notestreams here about what dominant women want, but this isn't the only medium, nor do I really feel it's the best one. But even here you want to put your best foot forward. Posting in either all lower or all upper case, does not do so.
Have you tried to find offline groups near you? I know of them in Maine and Massachusetts. You might want to check www.darkheart.com/usalist.html to see if there are any near you.
The main piece of advice I can give is to look to your strengths. As one of my friends wrote "I don't want a man on his knees; I want to put him on his knees." Show them something they can value and you have a head start.
Also look for a woman, not for a satisfier of fetish needs. The vast majority of the ones I know get very upset when they discover a man sees them as "a life support system for a whip." Like people everywhere, they want to be valued for themselves.
