Ok, somewhat embarrassed to say that I am just asking this question now. I have been working with cock rings. The purpose of the ring is to restrict blood flow but I cannot get a ring that is tight enough. What I mean is that I cannot pull the testicles through the correct sized cock ring that would rest against the base of the penis so that it is effective. To get the testies through is too painful with a ring that would be sized correct. With a larger ring it works, but the ring does not achieve its purpose.

Am I the only one with this problem? Or do I just have "big balls"? Just kidding. I think I am pretty much slightly above average. I can wear a pretty wide ball stretcher also.

I have my subs use a scrunchie (coated pony tail holder) so that they can adjust it. I also bought a gadget called a ball splitter that has a cock ring attached to a leather strap with snaps. You can adjust it for the size of your balls.

They also make a cock ring that looks like sorta like a bolo tie.....it goes around then you snug up the little holder doohicky. One size fits all.

Purchase a leather one that has snaps on it, or a rubber o-ring type (that you can also get at the hardware store). I stay away from the steel ones as the can "get stuck" on and then have to be cut off.

Not all cock rings are designed to include the testicles...

They can be made easily with leather or like SirMike has stated, a plain ol` rubber O rings will work...

You need something that is adjustable once you get it on...and that you're able to get OFF once on tightly. A cord stop on a loop of rope or round elastic MIGHT work. Something like this:

Ok, the idea of one getting stuck makes me giggle. i mean, it's not funny, but it is... just imagine going to the ER. And what are you here for today?...

Back on track girl! Ok, one thing i haven't seen suggested are the stretching silicone rings. Being a girl and all, i don't quite comprehend the mechanics of how it's supposed to work, but i would think an elasticy pull would work too? Oh, but be careful. i've heard from a few male friends that if they snap while being used or put on, they can really hurt your netherparts!

P.S. The scrunchi idea was cool! i knew those things were versative, but never would have thought to put one to use like that!
