10 major ports are needed- in the US- so this is the 'answere". Oklahoma said it will not let it thru OK, but to swing around up thru Mississippi or Arkansas- is possible.
So 1, will we see this road?
2 will it be a toll road 3. are they building from the north on down to meet 1/2 way???

It would seem that we are slowly loosing most of our rights- esp. the right to private property and privacy. Very scary indeed, esp. since it all goes down without a vote.

Agreed. Another step in the loss of freedom, sovereignty, and rights. Another step toward North American Union.
