Ok, so the original Lost Boys is my favorite movie of all time, I saw it when it first came out and fell in love with it. I cant wait to see the new one, saw the trailer today and yay! hehehehe. It comes out in July... I'ma drag everyone I know to go see it lol ( gonna be one of those times where I actually pay to see a movie in the theatre more n once lol )

yes and one of the coreys is a drug addict... lost everything he had.  dont remember which one though.

Even i could make a trailer look good.  But i think some things should just be left alone.  Give me an original idea any day.  But yes, Lost Boys was a great movie and THE quintessential vampire flick of the 80s.

2 Coreys, no Kiefer.. hell no, I am not interested.

I mean, there was NO loose end for them to follow up on in the first one. Story ended, vampires vanquished... end of story.

i loved the Lost Boys, have it on DVD. LOL, when i first brought it home, my teen said "omg a stupid movie from when you were young, that is so old and stupid" or something to that affect, BUT she watched it and hasn't given it back yet, it is now an awesome movie, LOL.
The new one looks good on the previews, but not sure if i want to spend so much going to see it at the theater, where i would then buy over priced junk food and drink, not be able to pause the movie to pee from said drink, and have to listen to the people talking and being rude during the movie.

i loved Lost Boys...i laughed so hard at some of those lines that they made the Corey's say...i would wonder how many takes were required before they could say some of them with a straight face!!  when i came out of the theater, i said to my daughter & my friend:  "that wasn't a scary movie, it was a comedy with some scary parts"...they stared at me like i was crazy & said, "no, that was a very scary movie with some funny parts"...hmmmmm....which was true???

but when i went to see All That Jazz, one of my all-time favorite movies when it was first-run, i was cracking up & about halfway through the movie realized that i was the only one in the theater who was...."Hospital Hallucinations, Take One"??  what's not funny about that???

was gonna edit to make this make more sense, but lack of oxygen to my brain makes that impossible.....

"Cry Little Sister" by Gerard McMann is an even harder song for a guy to sing karaoke than Evanescence's "My Immortal".
