Status: offline 		I am curious how other subs/slaves dress in public for everyday activities outside the house, not lifestyle related ones, and not required work clothes. For example--to the grocery store do you dress provocatively? leather, panties, bra, short skirt, cleavage? things like that. If your dom picks out your clothes what does he like?

Status: offline 		For myself, it just depends on what I'm doing and where I'm going.

He dresses me daily for work. Which depending on the day ranges from a dress, suit to jeans.
On weekends, he takes a day off from time to time. Which usually leaves me feeling unwanted those days.

We live in So Cal. I'm the most comfortable in shorts and a t. Although Doug doesn't like t's so if I go out anywhere they are forbidden. In the house not a problem. I have been hiking in a t come to think of it.

Anyway, to answer your question I am a normal person. I dress like a normal person. Sure, from time to time he likes to dress me up. Just for the compliments. I dressed myself up at our last munch. He could hardly control himself over the reactions we got. (in a good way)

Status: offline 		Personally I almost always wear something low cut and much prefer skirts or short dresses instead of pants or shorts. I have worn low cut since I was 14, and decided to wear *only* dresses and skirts 8 years ago when my ex husband told me that a man would never want me so I was stuck with him and I went from a size 18 to a 10 to prove him wrong. Now I wear what is most comfortable, and shorts with tanktops with the tube kind of bra in them when going somewhere with Race. I am not worried about how people think I look, but do feel it would be wrong to wear short skirts when chasing Race through the playland at McDonalds....

Not that, the question is exactly sticking to topic...but Doug bought one for me about a month ago and my breasts hang out the sides. Where do we find larger ones?

Funny you should ask that. It is what made me start this thread. I just bought a braless tank, finally found one that fits since i've lost some weight. It's an XL but it fits fine and i'm a 40DD. Anyway i wore it to shop in today but was afraid of how i looked so i wore an unbuttoned blouse over it. I have come to love going braless and am trying to find more clothes i can wear in public without one.

Status: offline 		Actually, it really does depend on where you buy them, and the *exact* cut. At my lowest weight I am still a 36F, and am a 38F at the moment. But the 1X ones I bought for the summer this year hold the sides totally,, and have good support.

What a fun question!

I only wear tight-fitting/cleavage showing stuff when I go to kick-box.

Ha! A few weeks ago I got a wolf whistle from a high school kid (in a high school parking lot). I thought it was funny; he wasn't looking at my face.

Nobody whistles at me while I kickbox. I am too fierce-looking!

Anyway back to topic. I hate bras. I try not to wear them except when I kickbox or do something formal, like a going to a meeting with one of my children's teachers. (Yes. Glamour is my middle name)

::laughing:: me too! But, I also don't want my nipples touching my knees at 50 and it actually HURTS if I go too long without one. Plus, I have tons of cleavage, but it looks a lot hotter jutting out than being long :)

When you start wearing them at 13 'cause you *need* one, I guess you just get use to them...

I am SOOO thankful I am not any type of F. I can't even imagine walking around with that much weight on my chest every single day of my life.

I know the feeling about having to wear a bra. I had to at 11 I was a 36C in one month..from flat to 36C. Didn't gain weight anyplace but my chest. It made for a bad childhood...at least for stalkers and such.
I don't mind wearing them but I do love it when I can wear one of those cute little tanks with the spaghetti straps. My shoulders had not touched the sun in years.

Status: offline 		They had some good ones at Wally world at the beginning of summer. They also had some REALLY nice shirts that were VERY low cut and fit right, which I do also have a problem finding (hell, I can't get a decent bra if I don't get it custom fit).

Mine is LaCabana brand and i bought it at Mervyns, if that helps. Another option is to wear a bathingsuit with shorts, looks like a tank top and may have better support, but it's a pain when you have to pee.

I have been trying to find a short sundress that i can wear braless, any suggestions?

ok... going to be terribly British here and I expect it will be extremely unhelpful but....

Marks&Spencer sell them... (being heavy chested myself, they are a godsend)...
oh and Asda, believe it or not.... (ummm...I think thats the English version of walmart)

Status: offline 		Great question proudsub. He prefers dresses, skirts, seamed stockings with a garter belt, panties and pumps. He is a leg man. Which is fortunate for me, since I wasn't blessed like the rest of you with a large breasts. I got legs instead. lol

Sorry I kind of got off the question. Running to the store and things like that I usually wear tight jeans and a low cut ladies tee.

Status: offline 		Being a 34F myself, and haveing to wear a bra since 4th grade, I tend to wear bras under the tanks that have bras in them anyway, probably just because of "programming" I also think a sexy bra semi visible is "hot"...Generally, when I go out on my own, I dress sexy...I either do low cut tops...or short shirts...usually not both at the same time as I am not "comfy" with being asked "how much?" Unless I am out with a Dominant and they choose to dress me that way. I have developed a fettish for slut/stripper shoes, and wear them as often as I possibly can in the summertime where the risk of me falling on ice and breaking my neck is less prevalant. Since comming into the "shoe thing" a year or so ago, I have found that now I have to make "outfits".....A new concept for me, since I was always a "tomboy". I have also noticed that I dress in fettishy outfits, that if someone is keen on the "lifestyle" they can peg me, and if they are not, I just look like a freak. I love the school girl thing, and wear outfits similiar complete with pigtails, when I was collared, I did actually wear a thick necklace looking chain padlocked around my neck. (pics in profile if interested in seeing it)...the one with me and Shadoww shows it off. I also like to do unconventional things like wear my stripper shoes, with jeans and a sweater.

Status: offline 		We have several Mervyns here. Only issue here is. That tank Doug bought me..guess where he bought it? Proud that tank is very nice. It's holding you in on the sides as well as the top.
The swimsuit idea is not bad. I wear bikini's or tankini's. Having to pee is'nt an issue.

Walmart is also an idea. I'll check them out.

As far as sundress's go. Short ones. I've found the ones that fit the nicest are also the cheapest. Target had some the beginning of summer. Like 19 dollars and such cute colors and flowers.

Status: offline 		Talking about bras-- I wear a 34 or 36 D. Stores that sell bras I can afford seem to dislike this combination. So I am forever wearing something that's too big, or too small, and lusting after bras I can't afford.

As to dress, my rules are that I can dress as I like, but if he doesn't like something he has the option to over rule it. Occationally he'll tell me what he prefers for special occations.

(and that tank is really cute!)

Status: offline 		In my experience no matter where you purchase a bra. Whether expensive or dirt cheap its crap. If you have a breast. I wear a 42DD. They just don't make cute bras. It just doesn't happen and when you do find one. After a few washings the underwires come out anyway.

There is a place called bonprix.cc located in the UK I believe. Yes that is cc it is not a typo.
Very reasonable and cute. Also we have here a place called factory 2 U. Not sure how far and wide they are spread out but they seem to deal with closeout merchandise. Found some cute bra/panty sets there.
My biggest problem is I can't buy the sets. Top doesn't match the bottom.

Status: offline 		I dress just like anyone else, I guess. When I was with my ex, there were times he'd decide what I'd wear, how I'd have my hair, or whatever, if he wanted to see things in a certain way.

Being the ravishing Rubenesque redhead that I am, he preferred to see me dressed well and looking nice, rather than short skits and teeny tops that would've made me look ridiculous.

I still dress nicely, in line with my personality. You only get one first impression, after all.

Going to parties is a different matter, I like to dress sexy in kink stuff there
